The New Jersey Spartans football team will celebrate their successful campaign in its inaugural season of minor league competition by holding its 1st awards banquet on Monday, Dec. 22, at The Appian Way in Orange, New Jersey.

The celebration will begin at 7:00 p.m. (EST). All guests will enjoy a excellent dinner and take part in a night to remember for all those in attendance.

All Spartan fans and parents are invited and encouraged to attend this special event. The cost is $25 per person in advance, and door payments will be accepted at $40 per person, on the day of the banquet. However, parents and fans are also asked to please RSVP by e-mail to our General Manager Charmaine Ambrose (generalmanager@njspartans.com) or call the Spartans Office at (973) 772-7826 by Friday, Dec. 13 so the proper arrangements can be made.

The NJS football banquet will be a special event that gives the Spartans an opportunity to bring their entire football family together. Head coach Kevin Moss along with selected players and staff will speak at the banquet. In addition, a number of team awards will be presented, including the squad's prestigious Most Valuable Player Award for the 2008 campaign.
